Sign Umbrella Financial Dashboard Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 19, 2026

1. Overview

Sign Umbrella LLC uses the Sign Umbrella Financial Dashboard to help company owners and authorized operators understand business cash flow, payment activity, receivables, and reconciliation status. The dashboard is an internal business operations tool and is not intended for public consumer self-service.

2. Information Processed

The dashboard may process the following business information when separately authorized:

  • Bank account balances and transaction details connected through Plaid.
  • Payment settlement summaries from Authorize.net.
  • Opportunity and pipeline information from GoHighLevel.
  • Invoice and preliminary profit-and-loss information from QuickBooks Online.
  • Sync status, timestamps, and non-sensitive operational logs.

The dashboard does not intentionally collect bank-login credentials. Plaid handles bank login and authorization, then returns authorized financial data to the dashboard integration.

3. How Data Is Used

Sign Umbrella uses financial dashboard data to:

  • Track cash position and recent bank activity.
  • Reconcile payment deposits and invoices.
  • Review open receivables and owner action items.
  • Monitor whether source systems are fresh or need attention.
  • Support accounting, tax, and business operations.

Financial dashboard data is not sold.

4. Storage And Access

Dashboard output is stored in restricted dashboard systems such as Google Sheets and related backend services used to operate the dashboard. Production credentials and tokens are stored server-side or in GitHub Actions secrets and must not be committed to source control or exposed in browser output.

Access is limited to authorized Sign Umbrella owners/operators and service accounts needed to run the dashboard. Access should use named accounts, least privilege, and multi-factor authentication wherever supported.

5. Service Providers

Sign Umbrella may use service providers needed to operate the dashboard, including Plaid, Google, GitHub, Bank of America, QuickBooks Online, Authorize.net, GoHighLevel, BrightOps, and hosting providers for the dashboard backend or user interface.

6. Retention And Deletion

Sign Umbrella retains dashboard data only as long as needed for business operations, reconciliation, legal and tax obligations, security, and troubleshooting. When dashboard access is no longer needed, Sign Umbrella should revoke source connections where supported, delete or restrict stored tokens and cached data, and preserve only non-sensitive audit metadata needed to prove deletion timing.

7. Security

Sign Umbrella maintains internal security controls for restricted dashboard data, including access review, deprovisioning, vulnerability scanning, patching, retention, credential rotation, and multi-factor authentication for systems that support it.
